Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht.Der Ring ist zwar angekommen, aber entspricht überhaupt nicht der Darstellung auf der Website. Er ist deutlicher schmaler als auf der Website. Ich habe den Shop daraufhin über Instagram kontaktiert. Mir wurde gesagt, dass sich darum gekümmert wird.Trotz mehrere Tagen und Wochen Wartezeit und der Tatsache, dass meine Nachricht gelesen wurde, hBe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Das ist sehr enttäuschend. Für mich war es die erste und gleichzeitig letzte Bestellung dort. Ich werde dort nicht noch einmal kaufen und kann aufgrund dieser Erfahrung keinen guten Kundenservice bestätigen. Hauptsache es wird verkauft, aber Kundenservice spielt bei denen keine große Rolle!
Ich habe mir seit langem einen Burma Ring gewünscht und bin glücklich Eleganz Juwelier entdeckt zu haben. Preis-Leistung top, unkomplizierter Prozess. Der Ring glänzt sehr schön und sieht sehr elegant am Finger aus.
