1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Area

To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we offer a completely transparent service across our entire online shop:

  • Free Shipping: Shipping is completely free of charge for all products within our online store. There is no minimum order value required.
  • Delivery Area: Delivery of our exclusive items is carried out strictly within the Federal Republic of Germany.

2. Shipping Method and Handling

Your order is packaged with the utmost care and prepared securely for transport. We rely on reliable Standard Shipping via renowned logistics partners. Each package is packed discreetly and securely to ensure the complete protection of valuable contents during transit.

3. Delivery Times

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible and hand it over to our shipping service providers:

  • The standard delivery time is generally 3 to 5 business days following full receipt of the order and successful payment confirmation.
  • Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays. Should any item have an alternative delivery timeline, this will be highlighted separately on the respective product page.

4. Delivery Address and Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

We offer you two convenient fulfillment options:

  • Delivery by Shipping: Delivery will be made directly to the shipping address specified by you during the checkout process (residential address, workplace, etc.). Please note that delivery to packing stations (Packstationen) may be restricted for certain high-value product categories due to security protocols.
  • Free In-Store Pickup: Alternatively, you can complete your order online and select the option to pick up your items at our boutique. As soon as your items are ready for pickup, we will notify you via email. This service is completely free of charge.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. Should a delivered product not meet your expectations or exhibit any defect, the following policy applies:

  • Complimentary Returns in Case of Our Error: If the reason for the return falls within our scope of responsibility (e.g., damage sustained during transit, incorrect item delivery, or product defects), the return is entirely free of charge for you. Eleganz Juwelier will assume the full cost of the return shipment in these instances.
