1. Order Cancellation
If you wish to modify or cancel your order shortly after purchase, please contact our customer service team immediately:
- A cancellation is generally possible as long as the order has not yet been packaged in our logistics center or handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If the merchandise has already been dispatched, the standard return process will apply upon receipt of the shipment.
2. Return Conditions and Deadlines
To ensure a smooth and efficient processing of your return, please adhere to the following requirements:
- Return Period: You can return the ordered merchandise within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
- Condition of Merchandise: Items must be returned in their unworn, original condition and inside their undamaged original packaging, including all certificates and labels.
- Exclusions from the Right of Return: Personalized products, custom-made items, and pieces with individual engravings are strictly excluded from the statutory right of cancellation and return.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please proceed as follows:
Please fully complete our enclosed or online available Return Form. It is mandatory to include this form inside your return package so that our logistics team can accurately track and process your return without delay. Furthermore, please ensure a sturdy outer protective packaging is used to prevent any damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for the return shipping costs depends on the underlying reason for the return:
- Errors on Our Part (Complimentary): If the return is due to a product defect, transit damage, or an incorrect delivery, Eleganz Juwelier will cover the full cost of return shipping. In these instances, our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Returns for Other Reasons: If you choose to return an item simply due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection, the return shipping costs are contractually your responsibility.
5. Refunds
Once your return package arrives at our boutique, it will undergo a professional quality inspection by our experts:
- Following a successful inspection, the refund will be issued via the original payment method used when placing the initial order.
- The processing time for the credit note can take up to 14 days from the date we receive the merchandise. The exact processing timeline until the funds clear into your account depends on your financial institution or payment provider.
- Restricted Refunds: Items returned to us in an unacceptable, worn, or damaged condition may be excluded from refunds or may result in a corresponding deduction for diminished value.
